Significant spiritual growth takes place at this level
Spiritual gifts are best identified within the context of a home church rather than in a large church setting. We have found that in a large church service it is very difficult to identify the spiritual gifts in a persons life. This can have a significant negative impact on the church and can even lead to people not being able to fully engage in the body of Christ. In contrast, the use and development of spiritual gifts in the home church has a profound impact in a delivers life and spiritual growth. In return this can also have an incredible impact on the fellowship as a whole and our mission.
